Mr. Lucic, in his ‘Geopolitics’, Aleksandar Dugin talks about the two poles, the two forces constantly conflict each other:’ The lords of seas’ and ‘the lords of lands’. Will you please explain it to us?
Let’s define it! We have the countries that rule seas and they are so called ‘Thalassa autocracy’ in geopolitics. Their opponents are the countries that rule over the lands. ‘Terra-autocracy’ (the expression that would sound better in Serbian is ‘Terrarocracy’).
Throughout history, the lords of seas have been the countries with developed Navy such as Athens, Rome, Phoenicia, Cartagena, Venice, Genoa…In modern times, these are Great Britain and its ex-colony the USA. The continental forces are partial France (which is wriggling), Germany, Russia, China, India, Persia (Iran), Egypt…The conflict between the ‘Thalassa autocracy’ and the ‘Terra-autocracy’ is ongoing at all times! Our country is in the way of the both forces. Everyone’s focus up to Czarigrad (name for Istanbul during the Ottoman rule)! The ‘Thalassa autocracy’ wants Russia to remain continental and not to open its passage through the Bosporus. Due to, France, Great Britain and Germany supported Turkey as the ‘stopper’ for Russia.
Turkey’s enemies are the West enemies.
Why is Serbia regarded as the carrier of the’ Freedom’ virus?
Serbia and the entire Balkans have been treating as Russian allies because of the Orthodoxy. Serbia, as a self-reliant and rebellious country, do not wanting to be a vassal throughout history, always had to be treated as the bearer of the ‘Freedom’ virus. Due to the “Thalassa autocracy’ wants to crack down Serbia and weaken it so that Serbia would not be the cornerstone of union. At the same time, even bigger nightmare for the bearers of power is the central European force-Germany. Due to, throughout history, the ‘Thalassa autocracy’ strengthens and weakens Germany and Serbia from time to time, according to needs and aims, of course. Simultaneously, wars and revolutions are caused by Agents of Influence (politicians) and they (the wars and revolutions) open up possibilities of bigger creation of history, borders, as well as economic domination.
Who is hiding behind the ‘Thalassa autocracy’? Who invisibly rules the Great Britain and the USA with?
Today, almost every politically-literate person knows that the countries are not ruled by everyday politicians, they are ruled by ‘out of institutional centers of power’ which I call ‘Shadow Rulers’

Who do they, the ‘Shadow Rulers’, are?
The profane people will loudly answer that they are the Freemasons. That is only partly true. The answer is hidden behind far more secret organizations. I’ll put light on this invisible hierarchy of power. On the top of this pyramid is the’ Royal Tribunal’ composed of the members of the British Royal Family, the Rothschild’s and the Rockefeller’s too, doesn’t matter who is active. Today, there are Elizabeth II, Jacob Rothschild and David Rockefeller. Below the ‘Royal Tribunal’ there is ‘Council 13’ consisting of the leaders of 13 ‘Jewish tribes’. 12 of them are Jewish, so to speak, and the thirteenth is of Khazar’s origin; it accepted Jewish faith, but it is a Turkish-Mongolian tribe in its substance.
Who do they, the Khazars, are?
They are the people who do our Milorad Pavic has been writing about, explaining in his novel that they had disappeared. But that is simply not true. What is true is that the Khazars had the country from the Black and Caspian Sea on the north to Iran to the south where there was the country called Albany. The Albanians were brought from there and it is not connected with nowadays Albanians who claim to be representing of the Balkan Illyrians’. The Khazars have been trading with Byzantine Empire and the Arabian Caliphates and were polytheists but in one moment they decided to become monotheists. If they chose Christianity the Muslims would take that amiss, and if they chose Islam the Christians would take that amiss, so they have chosen the third faith respected by both believers-Judaism. In those times some Jews were already persecuted so the Khazars gradually come to them and accept Judaism which was firstly welcomed between the aristocracy and so the people. Those are still two centuries of this faith and not like our Montenegrins who now believe that they are not the Serbs any more but some other nation. The Muslims over the Balkan ground who accepted Muslims faith from Turks, under the pressure or other way, were first the Serbs of Muslim religious belief and then they were the Muslims-Muslims. Nowadays over there are the Bosnians (the Bosnian Muslims on the territory of the former Yugoslavia who identify themselves as part of such a common nation) who never make different between nation and faith. So been, for half a century they changed several nationalities.
In 10th century, Khazars’ country was destroyed by Kiev prince Vladimir so the Khazars then spread across the entire Russia. Because of this, from that century to this day there are a lot of ‘Jews’ in Russia. Real Jews call the Khazars the Ashkenazi Jews and themselves the Sephardic Jews (the Jewish subgroups originating from the medieval Jewish communities). Those two groups have never matched. Their synagogues are separated but they work together on achieving the unique aim-global domination by means of secret associations which manage the countries, and the countries are cohered by economic and military unions.
Who belongs to the global government?
Behind the ‘Council 13’ there is the ‘Council 33’ comprised of the members of the ‘Council 13’ and the ‘Priers de Zion (Priory of Zion)’?
That’s right. It is the organization gathering the heads of ‘noble blood’. Behind them, there is the ‘Council 300’, a sort of Parliament with the most influential people in the world. So, the ‘Council 300’ is a kind of Parliament when it comes to division of power. ‘Bilderberg Group’ is European and American Department, composed by influential figures in business, international finance, academia, media and politics, since ‘Trilateral Commission’ is a private organization promoting closer political and economic cooperation between Europe, America and Asia. Their objective is to ensure the domination of secret heads from the top of the pyramid. The method is managing money- job. The weapons of these centers of power are credits, free and controlled market. If it comes to disobedience, wars, terrorism, disease and earthquakes are launched by.

The wars in recorded history were never ever accidental. It is known that economic moment was always behind them. Keeping that in mind, it is easy to figure out the motivation of the ‘investors’ and the ‘contractors’. Mega-bankers give money and ideas, intellectuals shape ideology and ‘national leaders’-actually, influential agents-put all this into practice. The same formula is also used with the opposition to this intention. There were set up on the each others, and the winners are determined by withholding the money to one side. What about the situation today?
Behind the Islamic terrorism from the Far East to the USA stands the CIA, the MI-6 or the SIS (Secret Intelligence Service), the Al-Qaeda, the Hezbollah, the UCK (KLA-Kosovo Liberation Army), the Chechens…They are all on the link of the Intelligent Departments those are global violence black-smith. Their regional cooperative is the Israel MOSSAD. Behind all of this are the mega-bankers who are the Ashkenazi Jews (the Khazars) from the USA, Great Britain and France.
And where are the Masons at?
The answer is easy: all important people are the Masons or the members of some Knight Templar’s (the Priory’s medieval military order). If you thought they did not exist, you were wrong. The Masons are also divided between the fighters for people’s freedom, among the power hierarchy, and those who are blind obedient of the centers of power abroad. Let’s be accurate: ‘Thalassa autocracy’ wants to dominate the planet. Continental forces want to stop this. The war happens inside secret lodges. The battle for freedom is inside-Masonic. In geopolitics just like in politics everything is a deceit. The background to everything is hankering for money and power. The hankering is not for ordinary power but global, world power. The Shadow Rulers are the constant all about and that is not news to us. The Jews and the Khazars are the essence of the story. Their history is the story about power and wisdom. The Talmud is their ideology and the source of century- knowledge. Rabbis are Sephardic and Ashkenazi instructors and teachers. The infantry compare to a commando is equal the Jew to other believers. What is the history of Ashkenazy (the Khazars)?
When the Christians destroyed their country in the 10th century they spread across Russia, then over the West-toward Poland, Germany, France, and Great Britain. But, there are a great number of nations of no-Semitic origin among them who only accepted ‘Jewish’ faith. I wish everyone read the books ‘The Balkan and Balkan’s people’ and ‘The Balkan peninsula’ by Jovan Cvijic. Then, they would reveal a big secret hidden from Serbs, from us. This truth is an indisputable fact that we are the people aboriginal of their native soil and that we did not come from the East. This does not mean that there were no migrations toward north and south. South migrations resulted from cold spell in the distant past and north migrations were retreat from Roman genocide. Serbs spread from the North Sea to Egypt and to east till logical. Siberia word is derived from words ‘sirbija’, ‘serbija’, ‘srbija’…Berlin was given the name by Serbs also, have never forgiven by Bismarck, Hitler…

The SSSR and the EU are two projects from ‘Shadow Rulers’. The Red Flag from Kremlin is transferred to Brussels. Both the countries are totalitarian but the dictatorship in the second country has been styled and packed into democracy. Are they going to respond for crime done through command responsibility and are they going to respond for crime uniting. They are not, of course, because they are at the top of ‘The Kingdom of Khazars’ Empire that rules the world.

He is invented for the purpose of ostensible balance. Rockefellers are correctors of Rothschild mistakes. They are the ‘reserved’ exit when the machinery flies into a deadlock. Yes, World War III is ahead of the world. It has already begun, but people are not aware of it. The same thing happened when Hitler usurped Austria and occupied Czech-Slovakia. Neither then was the world aware of what was going on. It was not aware of manipulation. We should stop for a moment and define the situation in the 21st century?
‘The West’-the USA to the fore-dominates over European’s nations. ‘The West’ is a black work that masks the hegemony of America and Great Britain. ‘Great forces’ – France and Germany- have to put will of the axis London- Washington into action. Let’s say it frankly that Europe is a military vassal who has no right to think on its own. NATO alliance is an armed formation which has to spread the hegemony of super force towards east. NATO has to reduce human losses in the USA. Since old Europe doesn’t want to lose its life for others, it accepts Russian ex-vassals in its company, giving those rights and obligations. The rights are better economic aspects and the obligations are “toll in blood”. World War III against the Muslims is ahead of us. The war goals are: a) creation of anti-Muslim coalition; b) NATO outgrowing into ‘global army’ that will introduce freedom limitations across the territories it controls during the war against Islam, and all in name fear of terrorism; c) involving Russia into this alliance so that Russia would not become the cornerstone of anti-American coalition consisting of the Muslims, Chinese, Indus’s…d) after WW III there will be economic crisis and hunger. This state will be favorable to introducing dictatorship. If the ‘Thalassa autocracy’ wins this war, new form of global communism will be created in what Stalinism will be an ideal; e) the Planet would become New Forth Reich. The Planet would unite because of the new fictive opponent who can be ‘insufficiently conquered’ anti-American coalition or some ‘liberal terrorists’. Let me aware you again: everything is the part of the plan for establishing global dictatorship, abolish countries (through ‘unions’), and creating global police, army and judiciary.
