 The new President of B'nai B'rith Europe, Reinold Simon, has been active in B'nai B'rith since 1989.
He was Vice-President of the former District 19 for 6 years and chaired the Commission for the organisation of Conventions for 3 of them.
The main goals he has set, together with his team, are:
- Rejuvenating B'nai B'rith and increasing its membership.
- Intensifying political work in cooperation with B'nai B'rith International in all 28 member countries in Europe.
- Strengthening the ties with the units in Central and Eastern Europe, including in particular humanitarian assistance to the needy.
- Reinforcing the work on Jewish Heritage.
- Strengthening our work on Jewish identity in full cooperation with the National Structures in France and the United Kingdom, and all the units in Europe.
- Marking clearly our commitment towards our Sisters and Brothers in Israel.
