Description : Belgrade - On the night of 4/5 November 2004, two young men spraypainted a swastika on the Humanitarian Law Center plaque at the entrance of the building housing its Belgrade offices. They then crossed the street to scrawl on a wall the words: "Nataša Kandiæ, lackey of Jewish Zionism - Serbia for the Serbs" and signed "Combat 18" underneath.
